The Film
For A Good Cause…
Carroll County Food Sunday distributes weekly, nutritionally balanced grocery packages to local residents in need from its Westminster, Eldersburg, and Taneytown locations.
In 2025 alone…
CCFS fed a record number of 2,244 families in our area.
In addition to groceries, CCFS supplied clients with $167,820 worth of Milk Vouchers to help families get fresh milk from local grocers.
CCFS also distributed 30,000 Veggie Vouchers, worth more than $150,000, to enable recipients to acquire fresh produce and food from local farmers and vendors.
To provide this important safety net to the community, CCFS is dependent on the support of local residents and businesses! That’s why all proceeds from ticket sales for Community Harvest will go directly to CCFS. So, when selecting your ticket price (minimum $5 / person), please give as generously as you can. Thank you!!!

Our Panelists
After the film, stay for panel discussion about food in our community led by local experts.
Corey Campion is a local historian who has taught courses on food history and culture to both college and life-long learning audiences for more than 15 years. Beyond the classroom, he has led trips to Europe to explore regional food cultures and their similarities and differences with food cultures in the United States. Corey is also a passionate beekeeper and is fascinated by the many connections between apiculture and the food on our plates!
Kim Anderson is co-owner of Bold Love Farm and Bakery, a certified organic farm and artisanal bakery in Frederick County, Maryland. After a 20-year career in personal finance as a Certified Financial Planner, Kim made an unexpected transition into farming in 2022 with no prior agricultural experience. Guided by a mission to live simply, serve others, and grow food, she and her husband have built a community-focused farm committed to organic growing, local food systems, and environmental stewardship. Bold Love Farm strives to make fresh, nutrient-dense food accessible to people of all income levels through participation in SNAP, FMNP, food voucher programs, and community partnerships. Kim brings a unique perspective on building a healthier, more resilient, and more equitable food system.
